PC耐力板的特点： 透光性：透光性能好（透光率达88％）。在阳光下暴晒不会产生变黄 雾化 透光不佳。 耐候性：表面有防紫外线的共挤层，可防止太阳光紫外线引起的树脂疲劳变黄。表面共挤层具有化学键吸收紫外线并转化为可见光。对植物光合作用有良好稳定效果。 抗冲击：PC耐力板的冲击强度是普通玻璃的250－300倍，是亚克力板材的20－30倍，是钢化玻璃的2倍，几乎没有断裂的危险性。 阻燃性：据国家GB8624-97测试阻燃B1级，无火滴，无毒气。 耐温性：在摄氏－40度C至＋120度C温度范围内不会引起变形等品质劣化。 轻变性：重量轻，便于搬运 钻孔。截断安装时，不易断裂，而且可直接冷弯，施工简便加工良好。 隔音性：隔音效果佳，在国际上是高速公路隔音屏障的首选材料。 Specification of PC sheet Light transmission:excellent light transmission (up to 88% of light transmitted through).when exposed under sunshine .there are no yellow ,hazoring or and poor light transmission caused Weather resistance : the ultraviolet –resistant coextruded film on the surface prevents them from resin fatigue and yellowing caused by ultraviolet of sunshuine .the chemical bond on the coextrude film absorbs the ultraviolet and then it into visible light .it has a stsble effect on plant photosynthesis . Impict resistance :the impact strenghe of PC sheet is 250-300 times of the ordinary glass ,20-30 times of the alkali glass and 2 times of toughened glass which explains why it is hardly broken . Fire retardant :through national GB8624-97 test ,their fire retardant is regarded as grade B without fire drop or poisonousgas Temperature resistance :they will not deformed under temperature from -40duCto 120duC.
